BARBIE LOST HER DAD TODAY. R.I.P. ELLIOT HANDLER

It's a sad day today for Barbie. Her "dad" , Elliot Handler, died today at the age of 95, for heart failure. He married Ruth Handler and they had a daughter who is the namesake of Barbie dolls and a son who died in 1994 of a brain tumor but who became the namesake of Ken dolls.
